Kathy Mittelstadt is a very professional and hard working agent. She was a great advocate for me with sellers who weren’t always very communicative. She helped me get my house ready for market in a hurry and got it staged beautifully and got is sold at a great price in just a couple of days. As my buyers agent she stayed on top of the builder to make sure my house was completed fully and on time. After the sale, she has followed up to make sure I have everything in place and has spent mulch time reaching out to my builder to make sure he fixes the things that he promised to fix. I also liked that she was very honest and realistic with me about what to expect. I highly recommend her to anyone wanting an agent they can fully trust.

Wonderful! Kathy is professional and very knowledgeable of the local market and home buying process. She was great at keeping us focused on exactly what we were looking for when we found ourselves being sidetracked with homes that had just come on the market and weren't what we had told her we needed and wanted. She offered sound advice when it came time to submit a contract and worked well with the listing agent to insure that all issues were resolved in time for the closing. This was a good experience for us. We highly recommend her and would certainly use her again if the need arose.
